Dec this post to different people: one to my friend Martha, who gave me the recipe for traditional Swedish ( literally transcribed below ) "Kanela BULL" or "cinnamon buns" made by his mother and, moreover, the constant source of inspiration that are friends red , With recipes and their staging ( The Red Kitchen ).

I this entry to several people: first, my friend Martha gave me the traditional Swedish recipe (litralmente transcribed below) "Kanel BULL" or "cinnamon buns" , made by his mother and on the other hand, the constant inspiration are Friends the Cuina Vermella with fantastic recipes and images.


Recipe Swedish traditional "bullous Kanel"
Mass:

½ liter of milk
125-150 g butter 50 g leaven
(pastries, not Royal)
1 dl sugar
900 gr - 1 kg flour
A pinch of salt


Coverage:
Butter (approx. 100 g)
Sugar (approx. 1 dl)
Canela (1 or 2 tablespoons, to taste)
1 egg painting


-Melt butter. Add milk and heat to 37 th (which is warm).
-In a bowl, mix the crumbled yeast with some of the mixture and undo it. Add the remaining mixture.
-Add sugar, pinch of salt and flour. Knead well.
-Let rise (covered with a cloth) for 30 minutes.
-When the dough has risen, the roller is stretched and smeared with a mixture of sugar, butter and cinnamon, and becomes a drag. Best done two parts (divide dough in half and make 2 rolls), because it is too large.
- Cut the roll into slices, place in cupcake molds and let stand 30 minutes, until it rises again.
-Coat with beaten egg and bake for 8 minutes at 225 ยบ.
